In Switzerland, Margot, who works as a translator for international companies, lives with Abdel and their granddaughter. In France, Judith leads a bourgeois existence with Melvil, an orchestra conductor, and their two teenage sons. But as it turns out, Margot and Judith are the same person: a woman in her forties, who goes back and forth between her two families under the pretext of business trips. However, the universe of lies that she has patiently built is cracking on all sides. Abdel has a new mistress; Melvil is about to get a contract that will take him away from the family home, while the eldest of the two boys begins to have doubts about his mother’s schemes. How long can she continue to lead this double life before they all figure it out?
