Newly engaged couple Blake (Mike Castle) and Sarah (Aimee Teegarden) just purchased their dream home, but with it comes with one provision. A party animal named Randy (Pauly Shore) lives in the guest house and refuses to move out. The couple give him three months to pack up and leave before he ruins their backyard wedding, but Randy is quite content staying right where he is. When Randy throws a raging pool party in their backyard, the police show up and Blake winds up getting arrested. It’s the final straw and Blake and Sarah now will do almost anything to get Randy to leave.
