When several friends get invitations inside intricate puzzles, Detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) travels to a private island in Greece with them to meet the host, Miles Bron (Edward Norton), who’s planning to stage a murder mystery for everyone to solve over the weekend. Miles is a billionaire thanks to the invention of an energy source brainstormed by his partner, Andi Brand (Janelle Monáe). When Andi shows up along with the other guests, everyone is surprised, because Andi and Miles had a public falling out that resulted in a trial. When the murder mystery begins, it’s just the start of what will become a real murder.
