Huts on the way to holidays, tourist attractions or meeting places for local populations, these modest establishments play, against all odds, an important role in their communities. But for how long? In Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska and Tadoussac, Micheline and Nathalie, two passionate restaurateurs, have to cope with the changing habits of their clientele and increasingly restrictive municipal regulations.
