During a global pandemic, Dr. Jennifer Ashgrove (Amanda Brugel), a leading scientist, tries to find a cure. When she loses consciousness on the way to work and crashes her car, her boss forces her to take two days off and go to the country home she shares with her husband (Jonas Chernick). With no other choice, she reluctantly gives in. As the weekend progresses, she begins to get the feeling that something more is going on than she suspected.
